Welcome to Fights at the Mansion. By purchasing a ticket, accessing our website, or attending/streaming an event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchases:

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred without authorization from Fights at the Mansion.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
  • Entry requires a valid ticket and may also require ID verification.

2. Ticket Types:

  • Fightside Tickets (VIP, General) grant access to the live, in-person event at the designated mansion venue.
  • Streamside Tickets (Livestream, Replay) grant digital access to the event online via a secure link.
  • Access credentials for Streamside tickets must not be shared; accounts may be revoked if misuse is detected.

3. Event Policies:

  • Event date, time, and schedule are subject to change. In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Fights at the Mansion reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who engage in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.
  • Guests must comply with all venue rules, security checks, and health/safety guidelines.

4. Livestream & Replay Access:

  • Livestream and Replay tickets provide one-device access per purchase.
  • Recording, distributing, or rebroadcasting the event without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Technical issues related to the user’s internet connection or device are not the responsibility of Fights at the Mansion.

5. Liability:

  • Attendees assume all risks incidental to attending a live sporting event, including personal injury.
  • Fights at the Mansion, its affiliates, and venue partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages sustained during attendance or online viewing.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • All event content, including video, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Fights at the Mansion.
  • No portion may be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior consent.

7. Privacy:

  • Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be used only for event access, communications, and customer support, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By purchasing a ticket or attending/streaming an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
