Refund Policy

At Fights at the Mansion, we want every guest to have a smooth experience. Please review our refund policy before purchasing tickets.

1. All Sales Are Final:

• All ticket purchases (Fightside and Streamside) are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement:

• If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. Refunds will only be issued if you cannot attend the new date.
  

3. Livestream & Replay Tickets

• Streamside access (Livestream and Replay) is non-refundable once purchase is complete.
• Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by personal device, internet connection, or user error.
  

4. Unauthorized Sales

• Tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties will not be eligible for refunds.
